What is the difference between using linear guide and Linear guide bearing?
Linear guide bearing is a common name of some people, generally refers to linear optical axis (including various flange linear bearing blocks), linear guide optical axis, linear circular guide(Including linear guide bearing seat assembly sliding unit and flange type guide shaft support)

Linear guide and linear guide bearing are basically two product accessories.  It is a product that transmits the movement of the accessory track from the specified point to the next point in a reciprocating linear motion.

The linear shaft is a linear motion system, used in conjunction with linear bearings and cylindrical shafts. Since the bearing ball is in point contact with the bearing jacket, the steel ball rolls with the least frictional resistance, so the linear shaft has low friction, is relatively stable, doesn’t change with the bearing speed, and can achieve smooth linear motion with high sensitivity and high accuracy. The consumption of the linear optical axis also has its limitations. The most important thing is that the linear bearing has poor impact load capacity and poor carrying capacity; secondly, the linear bearing has greater vibration and noise during high-speed motion.

Linear guide bearing and linear guide have similar functions, both supporting and guiding. The main difference lies in the installation position: the linear guide bearing is generally fixed at both ends, and the suspended connecting parts in the middle cover all or most of the radial optical axis; The linear guide rail is generally fixed by bolts with one side all attached to the installation base of the equipment.
