What are the advantages of ball screw

Ball screw transmission system is a rolling screw transmission system with ball as rolling medium. In the form of transmission, it can be divided into two types: Turning rotary motion into linear motion; transforming linear motion into rotary motion.

The ball screw transmission system has small temperature rise in motion, and can pre tighten to eliminate axial clearance and pre stretch the lead screw to compensate for thermal elongation, so it can obtain high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
