1. When installing the
linear guide rail, the base shall be installed first, and then the side shall be installed. Moreover, the base datum plane and the side datum plane shall be in the same plane, and the two datum planes shall be in the same straightness. Of course, it is better to minimize the height difference after installation.

2. After the
linear guide rail is installed on the base, the guide rail should be fixed on the machine base, and then the screws should be tightened to ensure that the installation gap can be in a small range. Generally, the gap between 0.05 and 0.5 is appropriate. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that there is no dislocation between the upper, lower, left and right guide rails. The screws can only be locked under the condition of no dislocation to fix the guide rail.

3. After the installation of the combined first guide rail, the second guide rail should be installed again based on the first guide rail. At the same time, it must be strictly ensured that the two guide rails are in the same parallelism. Special attention should be paid to that the interface of the guide rail should not be damaged during installation. If the butt joint is damaged, the sliding block of the guide rail will not run smoothly and affect the use effect.
4. The diameter of steel ball shall not exceed 1 / 3 of the clearance of running interface during the operation of linear
guide rail, and the steel ball shall be kept on a very horizontal plane as far as possible. During installation, it is generally enough to cut the plane directly. It is necessary to pay attention to the concave convex and T-shaped butt ends during installation.
