As you know, the linear guide can be classified into 5 different precision levels.

From low to high, it ranks respectively Normal, High, Precision, Senior Precision and Top Precision.

With the development of numerical technology, the demands for the linear rail with SP and UP precision levels are rocketing obviously.

Many customers are curious about the transportation of goods. For normal linear rail, there are no problems. The accuracy of the linear guide will not be affected.

But if you have purchased an SP level or Up level linear rail from us, you may be worried about its transportation. Any bumpiness can even cause the reduction of the precision of linear rail.

In those precision machines, some important objects can be broken down due to only 2 nanometers error.

How do we avoid this problem?

For SP and UP linear guide, firstly, we will cover the linear rail with high material shock absorbing sponges which can absorb motion and shock from outside. Secondly, we will put it in a wooden box which is made by the damping board. It can greatly isolate those vibrations. Thirdly, the foam layer outside the wooden box will minimize vibration. In this way, only slightly little vibration or shock can be conducted to the box.

When the products are carried to the trucks, we also demand the trucker to drive along the best roads and high speed expressways.
