Shandong Jingrui Transmission Technology Co,. Ltd. focuses on the production of linear guide drive system, ball screw, precision worktable, high precision shaft and gear rack. In order to better understand the linear guide and win the order, on June 20, 2020, our foreign trade sales department went to Changqing and visited the PEK factory.

Linear guide rails, also known as linear rails, slide rails, linear guide rails, linear slide rails, are used for high-precision or high-speed linear reciprocating motion occasions, and can bear a certain torque, which can achieve high-precision linear motion under high load. Therefore, they are widely used in machine tools, packaging, industrial robots, semiconduct or manufacturing devices, medical devices, and all kinds of elctrnic control machines and other industries.

Through this visit to the factory and field study, we learned how the blanks gradually become linear guides. At the same time, we also learned about the sliders that match the linear guides, mainly including roller linear guide、square linear quide、flange linear guide and mini linear guide.
